Common questions
How much does it cost?
Working with the label costs nothing: no upfront fees and no fee per release. The label takes 15% of the revenue from your tracks, the rest is yours. If you want to release music on your own, without the label, there are paid Vista services for that.
How do you promote releases?
We help launch every release: we prepare a promotion plan, suggest which clips to make for Shorts and TikTok and help set up your profiles on the platforms. A detailed audience growth plan is in the artist guide.
Do you work with music made with neural networks?
Yes, that is our specialty. Vista works with AI artists, first of all with music made in Suno.
Who owns the rights to the music?
You do. The label only gets the right to distribute and promote the tracks you gave it under the contract.
I already release through another label or distributor. What should I do?
You do not have to drop anything: start with one trial release. If you want, we will help you move your catalog or leave your other distributor, but it is optional.
How long until the release is out?
Moderation on the platforms usually takes 5–7 days. A release can have from 1 to 20 tracks.
What do I need for a release?
A track in WAV, a square cover without logos, third-party brands or extra information, and lyrics in TXT or DOCX. The cover is checked during moderation and prepared for the platforms.
How is the contract signed?
Online, in your personal Vista dashboard: you fill in a short form and sign a license agreement. No paper and no meetings. All your personal data is protected.
What does the Believe dashboard give me?
Releasing on your own, catalog management, real-time stats and financial reports in one place. You get the dashboard after a trial release and a signed contract.
How do I get paid?
The label handles payouts, in any convenient way and to many countries. Financial reports are available to you in the Believe dashboard.
What about claims, Whitelist and Content ID?
We add your channel to the Whitelist and set up Content ID, so other people cannot freely release your tracks on YouTube and you do not get claims on your own music. If pirates publish your music without permission, we get it taken down.
