Data policy

What data we receive

Only what you entered in the application yourself: your name or project name, Telegram username, links to your music and channels and, optionally, your approximate number of listeners, how you release and a comment.

If you sign in with Telegram, Telegram gives us your numeric id, name, username and a link to your profile photo. This data goes to the Vista dashboard to open or find your dashboard. With your permission the Vista bot messages you in Telegram about your dashboard and releases.

The site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies and no personal data.

Why

To review your application, contact you in Telegram and discuss working with the Vista Records label. The data is not used for mailings or advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the application form. You can withdraw it at any time: just message us in Telegram.

Who sees the data

Only the Vista Records managers who review applications. The application reaches them via Telegram and is stored in a secure database on Cloudflare servers. The data is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

While we discuss working together, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact if no contract was signed. After that the application is deleted.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Message a Vista manager in Telegram.
